Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be as transparent and fair as possible. Please review the terms below before making a booking.
📅 Cancellation Timeline & Refund Eligibility

📌 Important Conditions
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction costs (if any) are non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided for unused services or last-minute changes.
🌧️ Cancellations Due to Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, roadblocks, weather conditions, government restrictions, or pandemics, Tour At Himalaya reserves the right to offer:
- A travel credit note (valid for up to 12 months)
- An option to reschedule the tour to a later date
- Partial refund based on recoverable costs (if applicable)
🔄 Rescheduling Policy
You may request to reschedule your booking at least 10 days prior to departure. Date changes are subject to availability and any price difference for the new date must be paid.
