By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments

• A minimum advance payment (specified on the tour page) is required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment must be completed before the trip start date.

• Payment can be made via UPI, Net Banking, Cards, or Cash (as available).

2. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, which is clearly mentioned in each tour package.

• In case of force majeure (weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), we offer date rescheduling or credit notes.

3. Participant Responsibility

• Participants must be physically fit and follow safety instructions at all times.

• Any damage to property or misconduct may lead to removal from the tour without refund.

4. Liability

Tour At Himalaya is not liable for:

• Loss or theft of personal belongings

• Delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, or government actions

• Injuries due to personal negligence

5. Travel Insurance

We recommend all travelers have valid travel insurance. It is not included in the tour price unless mentioned.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Tour At Himalaya and may not be reused without permission.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
